NEW! 🌮🍝 Taco Pasta Bake

Hi Reader!

Treat your taste buds to a fiesta of flavor with this cheesy taco pasta bake. It's the best of both worlds - zesty tacos and comforting pasta - coming together in cheesy, savory, comfort food perfection. This delicious taco casserole is a budget-friendly meal that's quick and easy, customizable, and makes excellent leftovers.

Mexican and Italian are two of my favorite cuisines, and this cheesy casserole combines them into a hearty and savory comfort food meal so I don't have to choose one over the other.

After combining all of your ingredients, you can either serve this taco pasta bake straight from the stovetop, or bake it in the oven. Garnish it with your favorite toppings, like tortilla chips, jalapeños, or black olives. Enjoy!

Wishing you a good week,
MaryAnne

Take it from Candice, who gave this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating for my Mediterranean Stuffed Peppers: "I've made these twice now so had to let you know that they're a hit in my house! I love the flavor and they freeze easily too. Next time I will try them with couscous and see how that goes. Thanks for the recipe!"

Hi Reader! These no bake pumpkin cheesecake bars are creamy and velvety, and a perfect easy dessert for Halloween or Thanksgiving. A silky smooth pumpkin cheesecake mixture is spread on top of a crumbly gingersnap cookie crust, then topped with fresh whipped cream and pumpkin spice. No Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars I'm always relieved when I can make a pumpkin dessert that doesn't involve turning on the oven. Because these cheesecake squares set up in the fridge, they're much easier than...

Hi Reader! Being in Santa Fe this time of year means any time you step outside you can smell green and red chiles being roasted across the state. It's an incredible smell - smoky, woodsy, sweet, and spicy. But did you know that you can easily roast jalapeños (or any chili peppers) at home? It's true! In this post, learn how to roast jalapeños, which mellows them out and gives them a softer texture and smoky flavor. I teach you how to roast them using 4 easy methods: in the oven, on a gas...

Hi Reader! If all goes according to plan, we will be visiting both Sedona and Santa Fe this week. We are looking forward to visiting our favorite Santa Fe restaurants, and excited to discover the food (as well as the beautiful hiking and sunsets!) in Sedona as well. If you have recommendations for either city, please hit reply and let me know! 😊 This week I'm sharing 2 new spaghetti recipes. Although quite different, they are both slurpable, savory, and deliciously creamy. First up is this...
